This is an intriguing realism adaptation of Haruno Sakura, as you have painted her as a more mature and extremely attractive woman.
I thought you did a marvelous job here, The thumbnail of this picture was very stunning. The technique and finishing quality of this peace can be improved. The skin are well done, but the face and hair seem mismatch with the body from neck down. Nevertheless, I know turning a anime character into realism is very hard, especially with the ridiculous hair colours. I would recommend adding more contrast to the hair, pick up some highlights and shades.
Overall it was a splendid work, and I wish you the best in future artworks.
